By using Denali Foods, Inc.’s Employee Document and Self-Service Portal (ED&SSP) website, employees can securely view their personal payroll and tax information including pay stubs, W-2s, 1095s, and other documents. Each employee only has access to their own data, ensuring privacy and security.

This ED&SSP allows employees to conveniently access their information anytime while keeping their personal data safe. Be sure to guard your login information and log out of the site when you are done.

Security Features

• Employees must log in to view their documents.
• The only Personally Identifiable Information (PII) presented are Names and Addresses on Tax forms and paystubs; this data is securely stored to prevent unauthorized access.
• Denali Foods’ administrators can access certain records but only as needed for their role.
• The system keeps track of who accesses what, ensuring privacy.
• Automatically logged off after 15 minutes of inactivity.
